Cell Phone Bosses In Nasty War Of Words
(RTTNews) - The bosses at Sprint and T-Mobile swear loudly at each other on Twitter, accusing each other of cheating customers by misrepresenting their plans.
"I am so tired of your Uncarrier bulls***t when you are worse than the other two carriers together. Your cheap misleading lease," Sprint CEO Marcelo Claure said in a tweet to T-Mobile's John Legere.
Claure also tweeted that T-Mobile tricked customers to believe that it offers a $15 iPhone lease payment which is not true. "You say one thing but behave completely different. It's all a fake show. So its really #Tmobilelikehell", Claure tweeted.
Claure was retaliating to T-Mobile CEO John Legere's earlier remarks about Sprint's "All In" plan via Twitter. Legere claimed that Sprint's "All In" plan is misleading customers.
Legere had tweeted: "I give credit to @sprint for swinging the bat when they do -- but #allin is a swing and a miss, guys!! #sprintlikehell."
Sprint and T-Mobile are the third and fourth largest wireless carriers in the U.S., respectively, behind Verizon and AT&T.
