Charles-Antoine Pinel, Nicolas Mérigot and Frédéric Durousseau Join Korian Group

Sophie Boissard, Chief Executive Officer of the Korian group, has now fully established her Group Management Board following the arrival of Charles-Antoine Pinel, Nicolas Mérigot and Frédéric Durousseau.
Charles-Antoine Pinel is appointed Executive Vice President of the Seniors Division in France while Nicolas Mérigot is appointed Executive Vice President of the Healthcare Division in France. Both of these positions were temporarily being filled by Sophie Boissard. Frédéric Durousseau is appointed Group Chief Real Estate and Development Officer.
Charles-Antoine Pinel, France Seniors Division Executive Vice President, is responsible for long-term care nursing homes for the elderly and seniors care services for France. His role will involve implementing development projects for this business line and for the French network, currently comprised of 290 facilities.
A graduate of the Neoma Business School and holder of an Executive MBA from HEC Paris, 44-year-old Charles-Antoine Pinel formerly spent 15 years at Pierre & Vacances group, the European leader in tourism residences. During his time with this Group, he contributed to the integration of Maeva's operations and to the development of the Center Parcs business in France. Since 2012, he has been Chief Executive Officer of Pierre & Vacances Tourism Europe (230 sites, 130,000 beds).
Nicolas Mérigot, France Healthcare Division Executive Vice President, is responsible for the Healthcare division in France (75 clinics and 6 hospital at home networks). He will notably be tasked with developing this network.
Aged 51, a graduate of Paris's Institute of Political Studies and holder of a degree in business law, Nicolas Mérigot has a broad experience in managing, structuring and developing health-care service networks, in fields ranging from hospitals to clinical laboratories. From 2008 to 2014, he was Chief Executive Officer of the Bio-Access group. Since 2014, he had been Chief Executive Officer of the Lavorel group, a health care operator with activities in the hospital home care, long-term care nursing homes and medical devices distribution.
Frédéric Durousseau, Chief Real Estate and Development Officer, is responsible for establishing and implementing the Group's real estate strategy and for developing strategic partnerships with investors and real estate developers.
Aged 43, a graduate in Economics of Paris-Dauphine and Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne Universities, Frédéric Durousseau spent most of his previous career at Pierre & Vacances Group. One of his key roles was as Asset Manager for the Group's corporate portfolio in France, following which he became Strategic Planning Director for Center Parc/Sunparks, in 2010. This role involved setting up, financing and implementing various real estate development projects for the brand at European level, primarily in Germany. Since 2014, he had been Chief Development Officer of Center Parcs Europe.
