6,350 sqm leasing success in Stuttgart

Hamburg, June 11, 2019 - alstria office REIT-AG (symbol: AOX, ISIN: DE000A0LD2U1) announces the signature of a new lease in Stuttgart.

alstria has signed a new lease for its asset in Rotebühlstr. 98-100 in Stuttgart. A new tenant will lease up 6,350 sqm of office and ancillary space for a term of 15 years. The lease will start on October 1, 2021 (current lease will end on March 31, 2020) and generates an annual rental income of EUR 1.6 million.

The lease was brokered by Jones Lang LaSalle, Stuttgart.
