Further progress in leasing up "Momentum"

Hamburg, May 29, 2018 - alstria office REIT-AG (symbol: AOX, ISIN: DE000A0LD2U1) announces the signature of another new leases in its development asset "Momentum" in Düsseldorf.

With the signature of another new leasing contract alstria can report on further progress in its development project "Momentum" (Am Wehrhahn 33, Oststrasse 10, Düsseldorf). The new tenant will lease up approximately 1,500 sqm of office and ancillary space. The 10-year lease will start on February 1, 2019 and generates an annual rental income of EUR k 291. With this new lease the building is 50% let after alstria started the marketing of the building last year.

The lease was brokered by JLL Düsseldorf.
