On April 14, 2015, Varitronix (B.V.I.) Limited, Hongkong, China has

informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares

its Voting Rights on DATA MODUL AG, München, Germany, have fallen below the

15%, 10%, 5% and 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on April 14, 2015 and on

that day amounted to 0% (this corresponds to 0 Voting Rights).

On April 14, 2015, Varitronix International Limited, Hongkong, China has

informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares

its Voting Rights on DATA MODUL AG, München, Germany, have fallen below the

15%, 10%, 5% and 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on April 14, 2015 and on

that day amounted to 0% (this corresponds to 0 Voting Rights).

On April 14, 2015, Varitronix Investment Limited, Hongkong, China has

informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares

its Voting Rights on DATA MODUL AG, München, Germany, have fallen below the

15%, 10%, 5% and 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on April 14, 2015 and on

that day amounted to 0% (this corresponds to 0 Voting Rights).
