eGain(NASDAQ:EGAN) reported fourth quarter 2025 results on Sept. 4, 2025, with total revenue (GAAP) rising 11% sequentially and 3% year over year to $23.2 million, and a record non-GAAP Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) gross margin of 80%. The company announced a marquee design partnership with JPMorgan Chase (NYSE:JPM) in April, outlined the sunset of its legacy messaging product, and guided for a return to full-year revenue growth in fiscal 2026 (period ending June 30, 2026), with annual recurring revenue (ARR) in its core AI knowledge business expected to grow 20% or more.ARR from AI knowledge customers increased 25% year over year, reaching nearly 60% of total company ARR as of September 2025. Net dollar-based SaaS retention for these customers improved to 115% for the last twelve months, up from 98% a year earlier.
