Baader Bank raises its forecast for the 2025 financial year

All data is based on provisional and unaudited consolidated figures

Baader Bank Aktiengesellschaft adjusts its previous forecast for the 2025 financial year.

In line with the positive earnings performance for the first half of 2025, the Board of Directors assumes that the forecast for 2025 as a whole published on March 27, 2025 (earnings before taxes slightly below the level of 2024) will be significantly exceeded. Accordingly, the Executive Board expects that the consolidated earnings before taxes for 2025 will be considerably higher than the consolidated earnings before taxes for 2024 (EUR 40.2 million).

It should be noted that, in the opinion of the Board of Directors, reliable forecasts on business development can only be made to a limited extent in view of imponderable, exogenous influencing factors.

The publication of the detailed Group figures in the form of a press release and a half-year report is scheduled for July 31, 2025.
