He succeeds Dr.-Ing. Ping He, who is stepping down from the chairmanship for personal reasons as of December 31, 2025. Dr.-Ing. Ping He, whose term as a member of the Supervisory Board runs until the Annual General Meeting in 2030, will continue to serve as a member of the Supervisory Board.
