Fidelity National Financial Division Enhances Web Portal for Bank-Owne
JACKSONVILLE, Fla., April 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Fidelity National Financial, Inc. , a Fortune 500 provider of products, services and technology solutions to the financial and real estate industries, today announced the launch of its enhanced BuyBankHomes.com web site, a popular online portal dedicated to marketing properties that have completed the foreclosure process. The new enhancements to this site include a state-of- the-art user interface, offering a clean, intuitive and productive environment for both the experienced bank-owned property investor and the new to market consumer.
To enhance property search capabilities, BuyBankHomes.com has incorporated Intelligent Map Searching. By using this search method, users are no longer required to be familiar with specific property location data such as city or zip code. This full-layered map search feature allows users to start with a broader area, like a state, and zoom in on a specific area to see a visual indicator of available bank-owned properties, without the need to identify the cities or zip codes for those property search areas. Properties located on this site's maps are shown in tandem with links to specific information about those properties.
BuyBankHomes.com recently added new bidding capabilities to provide buyers and investors with a convenient means of placing online bids on foreclosed properties that will be presented at live onsite auctions. This functionality includes the ability for users to receive e-mail notification about bank-owned properties for sale. Additionally, if users are interested in placing bids, they have the option of three different bidding subscription packages: Single Use, 90-Day and 1-Year. With a Single Use package subscription, users can bid an unlimited amount of times on a single property for a one-time fee. Investors opting for the 90-Day or 1-Year packages receive unlimited bidding on an unrestricted number of properties during their subscription period.
In addition to the map search and online bidding features, BuyBankHome.com has included a wide variety of educational information to ensure that site users are well informed about all aspects involved in buying bank-owned properties.
"We are excited to unveil the new BuyBankHomes.com web site that goes far beyond any other bank-owned property resource in the industry," said Chad Neel, President of Fidelity National Asset Management Solutions, parent company of BuyBankHomes.com. "With its enhanced features and educational tools, this new site provides experienced and new buyers alike with the most satisfying and rewarding bank-owned property shopping experience."
