Gap Inc. Announces Change in Supply Chain Leadership

SAN FRANCISCO, March 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Gap Inc. today announced that Nick Cullen, executive vice president and chief supply chain officer, will leave the company effective March 10.

"Over the past two years, we've made solid progress further strengthening our supply chain organization," said Paul Pressler, president and CEO of Gap Inc. "It continues to be a competitive advantage for us. I want to thank Nick for his many contributions and wish him well."

Gap Inc. does not plan to replace the chief supply chain officer role. Instead, going forward, the company will be separating the sourcing and logistics functions to better align the global sourcing team with the brands, and logistics with inventory planning and distribution.

The company also announced that Stan Raggio, a former Gap Inc. supply chain executive, will return from retirement to lead the company's sourcing division as senior vice president of sourcing and vendor development. He will report directly to Mr. Pressler and work closely with Gap Inc.'s operating units.

Mr. Raggio, 50, worked at Gap Inc. from 1991 to 2002. He will rejoin the company on March 16.

The company's logistics division, which formerly reported to Mr. Cullen, will continue to be led by senior vice president Colin Funnell, who will now report to Byron Pollitt, Gap Inc. executive vice president and CFO.
