Genesis Energy COO Steve Nathanson To Resign

(RTTNews) - Genesis Energy, L.P. (GEL) said Monday that its President and Chief Operating Officer, Steve Nathanson, has provided notice that he plans to resign those positions effective April 30 to spend additional time with his family, church and community affairs in Louisiana and Mississippi.

Nathanson has agreed to serve in an advisory capacity for the next three years to ensure a smooth transition and the completion of several major projects.

"Steve has been a critical component of the partnership's growth and success since joining us through an acquisition in 2007," said Grant Sims, Chief Executive Officer. "He is well respected in our industry and in the communities in which we operate. We thank Steve for his many contributions and wish him nothing but the best."
