Kaarina Ståhlberg to resign from Kesko Corporation's Board of Directors

Kaarina Ståhlberg,a member of Kesko Corporation's Board of Directors, has announced that she will resign from the Company's Board of Directors as of 1 March 2016.

Kaarina Ståhlberg has been appointed General Counsel and member of the Management Board of Posti Group Corporation as of 1 March 2016, as a result of which she has announced on 15 February 2016 that she resigns from Kesko Corporation's Board of Directors. The resignation will take effect on 1 March 2016.

Kesko Corporation's Board of Directors will continue with five members.
