Kirkland's Promotes CFO Michael Madden To COO; Madden To Become CEO In Future

(RTTNews) - Kirkland's Inc. (KIRK) Thursday said Michael Madden, its Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has been promoted to the role of President and Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately. The company expects Madden to assume the role of Chief Executive Officer after a period of orderly transition.

In addition, the company also promoted Michelle Graul, Senior Vice President of Stores/Human Resources, to the role of Executive Vice President of Stores and Merchandising, and Adam Holland, Vice President of Finance, to the position of Chief Accounting Officer, effective immediately.
