LinkedIn: Look For Another Job In Private

(RTTNews) - Social network LinkedIn has rolled out a new features to help job seekers find a new company without any fear of tipping your current boss.

The new "open candidates" feature allows LinkedIn users to tell recruiters that they are seeking a new job, however, without letting your current employer know.

Recruiters who have paid for LinkedIn's premium service will be able to see a tab in its search results that lists profiles of those who have turned on the feature. LinkedIn hides the signal from recruiters at an individual's own company or its subsidiaries.

LinkedIn said it has began testing the feature and now close to 1 million members are using the feature. It's now available in the US, the UK, Canada and Australia on desktop and mobile web, and it will be rolling out globally soon.
