Malinowski Rejoins Principal Real Estate Investors as Director of Marketing and Client Services

The Principal Financial Group® is pleased to announce that Tuba Malinowski has rejoined the company as director of marketing and client services for the Principal Real Estate Investors. In this role, Malinowski is responsible for developing, overseeing and maintaining relationships with institutional investors. "Tuba is a seasoned veteran of the real estate industry with extensive experience in real estate asset management, portfolio management, acquisitions and client relations,” noted Steve Walker, managing director of sales and marketing for Principal Real Estate Investors. "We are very excited to have her rejoin our team.” Malinowski brings more than 20 years of experience working in management within the real estate industry. In her most recent position, she served as director of client relations for RREEF, the alternative investment management division of Deutsche Asset Management. Prior to that, she worked as director of institutional marketing for Principal Real Estate Investors. Malinowski started her career at Lend Lease, where she worked for 14 years in roles ranging from real estate asset management, portfolio management and acquisitions, ultimately becoming vice president. Malinowski received her bachelor’s degree in economics from Agnes Scott College in Decatur, Ga. She is a Registered Representative and has obtained her Series 7 and Series 66 certifications.
