Nebius Announces $1 Bln Offering Of Senior Unsecured Convertible Notes, Stock Down In Pre-Market
(RTTNews) - Nebius Group N.V. (NBIS), Monday announced offering of senior unsecured convertible notes in an aggregate principal amount of $1 billion, in two tranches -2.00 percent convertible notes due 2029 worth $500 million, and 3.00 percent convertible notes due 2031 worth $500 million.
The proceeds will be utilized for financing business growth, including the acquisition of additional compute power, the expansion of its data center footprint, and for general corporate purposes.
CEO Arkady Volozh stated that the fresh capital raised by the company would pave ways for increased revenue opportunities in 2026, accelerating toward medium-term target of mid-single-digit billions of dollars in revenue as a high-margin business, with potential upside.
The company expects the settlement and delivery of notes to take place on or about June 5, 2025.
In the pre-market hours, NBIS is moving down 5.31 percent, to $34.80 on the Nasdaq.
