Pure Cycle Corporation Adds Arthur 'Bart' Epker to its Board of Directors
Pure Cycle Corporation (NASDAQ: PCYO) announced the appointment of
Arthur "Bart” Epker
to its Board of Directors effective August 2, 2007. Mr. Epker will serve
until the next Annual Stockholders Meeting.
"Bart brings a wealth of financial experience and leadership to our
Board that will greatly benefit all stockholders and the Company," said
Mark W. Harding, President of Pure Cycle.
Concurrent with his election to the board, Mr. Epker was appointed to
chair the Board’s "CAA
Committee,” which monitors and reviews the
Company’s "CAA”
agreement, which is explained in greater detail in the Company’s
latest Form 10-Q filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
About Bart Epker
Since 1992, Mr. Epker has been a partner with PAR Capital Management,
Inc., a private investment company located in Boston, MA. Mr. Epker does
not currently serve on any other public company boards of directors. Mr.
Epker received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of
Michigan and a MBA from Harvard Business School.
