Sara Lee Food & Beverage Appoints Brad Patrick as Senior Vice President of Human Resources

Patrick reports to Sara Lee Food & Beverage Chief ExecutiveOfficer Christopher J. (CJ) Fraleigh and oversees organizational andemployee development, compensation and benefits, labor relations,recruiting, administration and other human resources functions servingthe more than 27,000 people at Sara Lee Food & Beverage. Patrick joinsSara Lee Food & Beverage from The Gillette Company.

Patrick has extensive leadership, management and technicalexperience across all of the various aspects of human resources. ForGillette, he was most recently vice president of human resources forNorth America commercial operations where he played a key role increating and implementing the change plan for the company's recentacquisition by Procter & Gamble Company.

Prior to his tenure with Gillette, Patrick held jobs of increasingresponsibility in human resources at several leading companies,including Delta Air Lines, Inc., where he served as vice president ofworldwide human resources. He also worked at Frito-Lay, Inc., where heserved in a variety of human resource roles over the course of morethan a decade, including human resource management responsibility inthe direct-store delivery sales and operations function.
