Starwood Property Trust Q4 Profit Climbs - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Starwood Property Trust, Inc. (STWD) reported Wednesday that its fourth-quarter net income attributable to the company was $95.0 million or $0.48 per share, compared to $56.3 million or $0.42 per share a year ago.

The company's core earnings, which excluded certain items, were $121.2 million or $0.62 per share, compared to $64.5 million or $0.48 per share last year.

Total revenues were $187.95 million for the quarter.

Looking ahead for fiscal 2014, the company projects core earnings in the range of $2.00 to $2.20 per share.
