TriMas: Thomas Amato To Transition From Role Of President & CEO

(RTTNews) - TriMas (TRS) said the Board and Thomas Amato have agreed that Amato will transition from the role of President and Chief Executive Officer. The Board has initiated a comprehensive search process with the assistance of Spencer Stuart to identify a successor. Amato will remain with the company through June 30, 2025. Amato will not stand for re-election to the Board of Directors.

Herbert Parker, Chairman of TriMas' Board stated, "The Board and Tom believe now is the right time to undertake a search for Tom's successor to lead the company through its next chapter of growth and value creation."
