WGL Holdings, Inc., to Webcast Fiscal Year 2009 Earnings Conference Call

WGL Holdings, Inc., (NYSE: WGL) today announced that it will hold a live Internet Webcast of its fiscal year 2009 earnings conference call at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time November 13, 2009. Terry D. McCallister, Chairman and Vincent L. Ammann, Jr., Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will discuss the company's fourth quarter and annual financial results for the fiscal year 2009 and provide an outlook for fiscal year 2010.

WGL Holdings will issue a press release disclosing the company's fourth quarter and year-end financial results after the market closes November 12, 2009. To access this earnings statement, click on "Press Releases" on the WGL Holdings Web site, wglholdings.com.
