First-time rating assignment; approximately EUR875 million of debt ratedMilan, October 08, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has today assigned a Ba3 corporate family rating (CFR) and a B1-PD probability of default rating (PDR) to Danish Midco 2 (Scandlines or SDC). The outlook on all ratings is stable. This is the first time Moody's has assigned ratings to SDC.
