London, 18 October 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) has today upgraded the long-term issuer rating of Spanish property company Metrovacesa S.A.'s (Metrovacesa) to Baa2 from Baa3, as well as the ratings of Metrovacesa's Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) and its senior unsecured notes issued from its EMTN programme to (P)Baa2 from (P)Baa3 and Baa2 from Baa3, respectively. Today's rating action completes the review of Metrovacesa's ratings initiated on 23 June 2016. The outlook on all ratings is stable.
