Comcast Declares Quarterly Dividend

Comcast Corporation (Nasdaq: CMCSA, CMCSK), a leading cable, entertainment and communications company, announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.0945 a share on the Company’s common stock. The quarterly dividend is payable on July 28, 2010 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 7, 2010.
