Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella Sells $35.9 Mln Stock

(RTTNews) - In the SEC filing late Friday, Microsoft Corp. (MSFT) announced that its Chief Executive Officer Satya Nadella has sold 328,000 shares valued at $35.9 million.

Nadella now holds 778,596 Microsoft shares. Microsoft closed down 0.61% to $109 during the regular trading session. In after hours, the stock up less than 0.1%.

The stock divestitures made today were for personal financial planning and diversification reasons, according to media reports. Satya is committed to the continued success of the company and his holdings significantly exceed the holding requirements set by the Microsoft Board of Directors, the reports added.
