    "Measuring Assignment Success," based on the study findings of "Many Expatriates, Many Voices," is the second report of a five-year project commissioned by PFI and conducted by Dr. Anne Copeland of the Interchange Institute. The project is designed to pinpoint factors that influence employees' success while on international assignments and recommends practices to enhance the management of international mobility.
