Prudential Mortgage Capital Closes $56 Million Loan for Nationwide Health Properties Portfolio

Prudential Mortgage Capital Company announced today that it has closed a $56 million loan on behalf of its general account for Nationwide Health Properties portfolio, a group of six senior-living communities located in Florida, Colorado and South Carolina. Prudential Mortgage Capital is the commercial mortgage lending business of Prudential Financial, Inc. (NYSE:PRU). The portfolio consists of 453 assisted-living units located across three states. They include three properties within Florida: Freedom Inn at Bay Pines, located in St. Petersburg; Freedom Inn at Countryside, located in Clearwater; and Homewood Residence at Naples, located in Naples. In Colorado, the properties include Heritage Club at Lakewood, located in Lakewood and Heritage Club at Aurora, located in Aurora. Also included in the loan is Homewood Residence at Cleveland Park, located in Greenville, S.C. The loan has a 5-year term with a fixed rate.
