AeA Mountain States Announces Additions to Executive Board
DENVER, Jan. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- The Mountain States Council of the AeA, the nation's largest high-tech trade association, has been experiencing strong growth in regional membership and announced today the addition of several prominent industry leaders to its board for 2007.
Joining the board are: Christine Owens the president of Amplify Communications LLC; Paul Reveley a vice president for Lockheed Martin Coherent Technologies ; and Bob Van Buskirk the president and CEO of Sirenza Microdevices . In addition, Greg Jenik the chief operating officer for TAEUS International Corp. has been appointed as the vice-chair of the board.
John Elms the president and CEO of SpectraLink Corp. , who continues as chairman of the board, said, "This is a high-energy team that represents some of the best minds in the mountain states high-tech industry. We are committed to drawing upon the international power of AeA to best serve the interests of regional technology companies."
Additional continuing members of the AeA Mountain States Council Board include: Jim Brogan a partner at Cooley Godward Kronish LLP, Greg Jones the president and CEO of Symetrix Corp., Rob Kaufman a partner at Q Advisors LLC, Patrick Leonard the vice president of development at Rogue Wave Software a Quovadx division , Tom McGimpsey an executive vice president and Chief Legal Officer at McDATA Corp. , Jean Mooney the Colorado government and public affairs manager for Agilent Technologies Inc. and Sandy Rothe managing partner for Deloitte & Touche LLP.
The AeA Mountain States Council serves member companies in Colorado, Utah and Wyoming. As members of the Mountain States Board, participating executives define the overall strategy and plan programs and initiatives for the region.
