"Our company and our community lost a true champion when Elena passed away last summer," said Isaksen. "We know that Lorraine will honor her memory and carry on the good work that Elena performed for over two decades with our company."

Prior to her appointment, Aycock served as a credit products senior underwriter in Bank of America's Healthcare and Institutions group.

In her new role, Aycock will align and deliver Bank of America's marketing and charitable resources to meet constituent and community needs across Long Island. Aycock will lead the planning and execution of sponsorship, philanthropic, community and business development initiatives locally.

Further, Aycock will work closely with Isaksen to coordinate market strategy on Long Island.

"Lorraine's broad experience as a banker and her involvement in the community give her ideal credentials for this position," added Isaksen. "As market development manager, Lorraine will serve as Bank of America's bridge to the community. We understand that building healthy communities is essential to success in business. That's why Lorraine's role is so critical."

Prior to joining Bank of America, Aycock served as Assistant Certification Officer in the School of Education and Allied Human Services at Hofstra University. She holds a BA in Mathematics and an MBA in Banking and Finance from Hofstra.

In addition to being involved in community service through her local church, Aycock is an active participant in programs serving K-12 students in local school districts and has volunteered in Operation Hope's Banking on Our Future program, designed to provide financial literacy education to youth ages 9-18 at no cost to school districts, with a focus on urban, under-served communities.
