EQS-Ad-hoc: flatexDEGIRO AG / Key word(s): Personnel Chairman of the Supervisory Board Martin Korbmacher ends mandate after the Annual General Meeting 2025 The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of flatexDEGIRO AG (“the Company”), Martin Korbmacher, whose mandate as Chairman of the Supervisory Board and member of the Supervisory Board will end at the close of the Annual General Meeting 2025, has today informed the Company that he will not stand for an additional term. The same applies to the two Supervisory Board members Britta Lehfeldt and Aygül Özkan. The Supervisory Board of flatexDEGIRO AG will now continue the selection process for successors to the departing Supervisory Board members. With the end of their mandates on the Supervisory Board of flatexDEGIRO AG, Martin Korbmacher, Britta Lehfeldt and Aygül Özkan will also resign from the Supervisory Board of flatexDEGIRO Bank AG.
