Kenneth Tuchman Joins Bank of America's Consumer and Retail Corporate & Investment Banking Group

NEW YORK, June 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Bank of America today announced that Kenneth Tuchman has joined Banc of America Securities as Vice Chairman - Consumer and Retail reporting to Paul Donofrio, Global Head of Consumer and Retail. Ken will be based in New York and will work closely with David Russell, U.S. Head of Consumer and Retail.

He spent nearly 16 years at Lehman Brothers where he rose to co-head of the Global M&A Group and was also Head of the Consumer and Retail Group. Tuchman received a J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and an M.B.A. degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
