Michael Caulfield Joins Banc of America Securities' Global Industries Investment Banking Group
NEW YORK, April 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Banc of America Securities LLC (BAS) today announced that Michael Caulfield has joined the Global Industries Investment Banking group as managing director in the Diversified sector, where he will have coverage responsibility for a portfolio of large cap names as well as the Security sub-sector. Caulfield is based in New York and reports to Keith Hennessey, managing director and head of Diversified.

Caulfield comes to BAS from Morgan Stanley where he was a managing director in the Industrials group and responsible for covering a diversified portfolio of large-cap and security companies. Prior to Morgan Stanley, he spent 11 years at General Electric Capital Corp., where he was most recently a managing director and head of the Corporate Finance group. In this capacity, he advised GE Capital and GE Divisions on capital structuring, M&A, acquisition financing and private equity.
Caulfield received an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from the University of Minnesota.
