SBC Communications Inc. (NYSE: SBC) and Yahoo! Inc. (Nasdaq: YHOO)today announced the availability of the groundbreaking Yahoo! MusicUnlimited service to SBC Yahoo! DSL customers. SBC Yahoo!(R) MusicUnlimited provides music fans with virtually unlimited music downloadsat only $4.99 per month for an annual subscription or $6.99 on amonthly basis.

The service also allows users to play tunes from a catalog of morethan one million songs, transfer tracks to portable devices, as wellas enjoy the unique ability to share and discover music with friendsthrough SBC Yahoo! Messenger. SBC Yahoo! Music Unlimited enablessubscribers to build personalized music libraries, purchase discounteddownloads, listen to commercial-free Internet radio stations andaccess their subscription service from any Internet-connectedcomputer.

SBC Yahoo! customers will continue to enjoy a premiumversion of LAUNCHcast Internet radio that offers more than 150pre-programmed stations, no commercial interruptions, unlimited songskipping, premium audio quality and exclusive genre and artiststations.

SBC Yahoo! Music Unlimited is available for an introductory annualfee of $59.88 or monthly subscription of $6.99. The service alsoprovides access to a music download store, allowing users to purchaseand download songs for $0.99 per track. Subscribers to SBC Yahoo!Music Unlimited are offered downloads at a discounted rate of $0.79per song.
