Smith Barney Names James Tracy as Director of Consulting Group

Mr. Tracy has more than 20 years of financial services industryexperience with 17 years served at Smith Barney. In his prior role asdirector of the firm's Great Lakes region, the area ranked number onein fee-based assets.
