Stacy Brandom Joins Smith Barney as CFO

Ms. Brandom will be responsible for all aspects of finance andcontrol for Smith Barney. In this role, she will oversee allcontrollership, business reporting and business analysis relatedfunctions. She will report to Mark Joiner, CFO of Citigroup WealthManagement and Charlie Johnston, president and CEO of Smith Barney'sGlobal Private Client Group.

Over the past two decades, Ms. Brandom has led an accomplishedcareer at JPMorgan Chase, holding several key roles within the bankingand corporate finance groups. Most recently, Ms. Brandom was chieffinancial officer and senior vice president of JPMorgan's CorporateSector. Prior to this, she was chief financial officer and senior vicepresident of the Chase Middle Market Group. Ms. Brandom alsopreviously served in finance and strategy roles for Chase's CorporateBusiness Services, Global Investment Banking and Global Bank.

Ms. Brandom received her bachelor's degree from the University ofNorth Texas and her master's degree from the Kellogg Graduate Schoolof Business.
